Wow. Born in Connecticut and college in Maine...I know lobster rolls. These were pretty durn close! They did not skimp on the amount either. Bravo. I'll be back.

I decided to treat myself to a lamb burger and as always was happy with my choice! Honestly, everything on the menu is amazing! My other favorites are the coconut prawns, and the Brie and caramelized apples!! It was a retired celebrity executive chef that told me about Demetris and their clean cooking… they do not disappoint!
Ancient Grains Bowl
Not sure if I was just insanely hungry or if this was off the charts delicious or both .. but I would definitely have this twice a week if I could! I ordered the shrimp with the ancient grains bowl, and it was very tasty!! Five out of five stars recommend! I will be back for more.. thanks Demetri's!
Dungeness Crab Dip
A staple and absolute MUST for my wife and I, each time we make an occasion to dine-out at our favorite restaurant in the whole state of WA (and trust us...we have experienced a more than fair sum of restaurants in this evergreen state of ours*). This dish is just the "tip of the iceberg" of the fantastic array of superb delicacies to dine on at this fantastic Greco-Mediterranean inspired establishment. It's a treat every time we come visit!
Clam Chowder
Great food and atmosphere. We went during happy hour and had a few of the blueberry margaritas, which were fantastic! I also had the chowder in the bread bowl which was amazing!! I will be back.
Savory Breakfast Bowl
No protein added and delicious by itself. It's a colorful, tasty dish. It is not GF according to the restaurant. You may order other bowls that are GF.
